Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind will result in immediate removal. We are building a creative community, not a comments section.

Represent yourself honestly. Don't fabricate credits, misrepresent your role, or impersonate another person or company. Your profile, your projects, and your contributions should reflect who you actually are and what you've actually done. Authenticity is currency here.

Only upload content you own or have explicit permission to use. Uploading copyrighted material that isn't yours — scripts, music, images, or any other creative work — violates our Terms and may result in account suspension. When in doubt, don't upload it.

The platform exists to build real projects, not to blast unsolicited pitches. Keep interactions relevant and constructive. Excessive self-promotion, chain messaging, or using the platform purely to drive traffic elsewhere will get you flagged.

If you're in a Deal Room or negotiation space — whether as an investor, filmmaker, or supporter — conduct yourself as you would in a real boardroom. Commitments made on-platform are taken seriously. Don't waste people's time with deals you have no intention of honoring.

Don't use the platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. This includes (but isn't limited to): money laundering, securities fraud, distribution of illegal content, and attempting to exploit or hack the platform or its users.

Creative feedback should be honest and constructive. Public disputes, call-outs, and personal vendettas have no place here. If you have a conflict with another member, use the report function or contact us directly. We'll mediate.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account, and don't let anyone else act on your behalf without disclosing it. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@evolumstudio.com.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these rules — with or without warning, depending on severity. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal. Our decision is final.

These House Rules may evolve as the community grows. We'll notify members of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
